When should I suspend water recirculation?

In some cases, it makes sense not to return the condensation to the plants. More in the long text.

It makes sense to interrupt water recirculation if:

the plants are overwatered, or
overfertilized, so that you should “flush” with water or
you want to work with liquid fertiliser regularly or
if you just want to water yourself

To do this, divert the water hose or hoses into a container and empty it regularly
