The manufacturer microgreenbox gmbh grants a warranty of 5 years on the advertised product (Plantalytix Air and Light products). The period for calculating the warranty period begins with the date of invoice. The territorial scope of warranty protection is Europe-wide. The warranty refers to the freedom from defects of the advertised product, including functionality, material or production defects. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services of its choice under this warranty:
• Free repair of the goods or
• Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item
Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by:
• Damage caused by excessive pollution
• Improper handling
• Failure to comply with safety precautions
• Use of force (e.g. beatings)
• Repair attempts on your own
• Breaks due to “dropping”
• Water damage
The prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that the guarantor is enabled to examine the warranty claim (e.g. by sending in the goods). Care must be taken to avoid damage to the goods during transport by means of secure packaging. To apply for warranty service, a copy of the invoice of the consignment of goods must be enclosed so that the guarantor can check whether the warranty period has been met. Without a copy of the invoice, the guarantor can refuse the warranty service. In the case of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. the guarantor will refund any shipping costs for the outward shipping.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not restrict your statutory rights against us under the purchase contract concluded with us. This guarantee promise does not affect any existing statutory warranty rights vis-à-vis us. The manufacturer’s warranty therefore does not violate your statutory rights, but rather extends your legal position.
If the purchased item is defective, you can contact us in any case within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether there is a warranty claim or whether the warranty is claimed.
To claim the warranty, you must register with us within 4 weeks from the date of invoice . To do this, you can choose between mail and e-mail.
Registration via e-mail
Send an email on ga******@*********ix.com. Your name, e-mail address, invoice number and serial number are required for registration. Please include all this information in your email message.
Registration by post
To register, print the form, separate the section and send it by post to the following address:

Sufficient franking is mandatory. You have to pay the postage yourself. If the warranty is not claimed by registering through the form, the legally prescribed rights and obligations of the warranty apply.
After registration
After registration, you will receive a certificate from us via e-mail, which entitles you to claim the warranty. To be able to use the warranty later, please send an e-mail to ga******@*********ix.com and attach the certificate. All further steps will then be clarified directly with you by our support department.
Without a valid email address, the warranty cannot be claimed
